Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to 20 European destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is 3–7 business days with GLS, Bring, DPD, UPS or FedEx.

What are the shipping costs?

• Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Slovakia – 40 EUR
• All other EU countries – 21 EUR

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. Orders placed in November or December can be returned until 15 January.

How do I return my order?

1. Print and include the return note in your parcel.
2. Send the parcel to:

Important: Return costs are at your own expense. We cannot accept parcels sent COD, to a parcel shop, or handed in personally.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes – please place a new order for the desired size, color or style, and return the items you don’t want to keep.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return. We will refund the original delivery costs* if you return the entire order. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for purchase.

*Local customs duties and taxes are not included.
